I complete your reading offline to map your energetic patterning alongside the emotional drivers underneath your triggers. This includes your core gifts, the beliefs running beneath the surface, and what the work needs to focus on. From this, we build your personalised roadmap, including the session focus, likely number of sessions, and the modalities we’ll use.

We go through your blueprint together and use it to guide the work in a precise way. It shows: - Your current energetic “state” (how resourced or stretched you are right now) - Your core strengths and natural operating system (what you do best when you’re in alignment) what pulls you off course. - The core belief underneath your triggers. - A clear therapy pathway: How many sessions you’ll likely need and what methods we’ll use in each one. Think of it like a personalised roadmap. You might already know your pattern, but this reveals what’s actually driving it and what needs to change for it to stop repeating.
How many sessions until I see a real shift?
It depends, because the work is tailored and your pace matters. Some people feel a shift quickly, especially once we’ve identified the real driver underneath the pattern. For others, it takes longer, depending on how long the pattern has been running, what else is going on in life, and how consistently you apply what we work on between sessions. What makes the biggest difference is what you do outside our time together. You’ll get tools and practices, but results come from using them.
Is online hypnotherapy as effective as in-person?
Yes. Hypnotherapy works with your subconscious mind and nervous system, which don’t require us to be in the same room. In fact, many clients feel safer and more relaxed at home, which can make the work even more effective. As long as you have a quiet space, headphones, and a stable internet connection, online sessions work beautifully.
